Antique Collection Regulations

1. All cultural relics left in the territory underground, inland water and territorial waters belong to the state;

2. The ground ancient cultural sites, ancient tombs, ancient buildings, grottoes, stone carvings, memorial buildings belong to the state;

3. The cultural relics collected by state agencies, military units, national enterprises, and organizations belong to the state;

4. Private individuals can only collect ancestral and circulated cultural relics, and it is strictly forbidden to sell them for profit. It is forbidden to sell them privately to foreigners.

5. When carrying private cultural relics out of China, they must be certified by the provincial cultural department, issued an export license and notified the customs in advance. 6. In principle, the cultural relics before Qianlong are prohibited from leaving the country;

7. Cultural relics stores and their entrusted agencies are unified cultural relics acquisition departments in all regions;

8, the sale of cultural relics needs ** material department appraisal, and bell cover lacquer identification can be sold;

9, purchase cultural relics should obtain special cultural relic sales invoice;

10. Purchase of cultural relics may require obtaining a cultural relic identification certificate.
