Recently, Professor Mo Yuying from the Institute of Textile Environmental Protection Technology R&D at the Zhijiang College has developed a heat-generating material made by the plasma assistant metal coating technology. This technology is coated with a conductive metal film on the surface of the fabric. heat. And has the characteristics of low cost, fast heat conduction and so on. At present, the hot functional clothing on the market mainly uses the principle of carbon fiber circuit to generate heat, but this method requires high cost, complicated processing procedure, long time and thick texture.

It is understood that the special fabrics produced by Professor Mo Yuying's technology can be used to make special clothing for outdoor extreme cold areas. Professor Mo showed reporters the heat-generating materials made by the recently developed plasma assistant metal coating technology.

Professor Mo Yuying is a senior consultant of the former Hong Kong Productivity Council and has over 30 years of experience in the production management and technology research and development of the printing and dyeing industry. The R&D project includes electrochemical dye reduction technology, hydrogenation technology, ozone technology, plasma treatment and fabric vacuum plating technology and supercritical carbon dioxide waterless cleaning and dyeing technology in the advanced textile industry. The Equipment and Machine Design Award and the Invention Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards at the Geneva International Invention Exhibition.

Professor Mo Yuying and Professor He Jichao, also from Hong Kong, were attracted by Keqiao's fabric industry and market, and abandoned the comfortable life of Hong Kong to Keqiao Venture. Nearly two experts have joined hands to actively introduce foreign advanced technology and are committed to improving the environmental textile production process and related advanced technologies in Keqiao District. Professor Mo Yuying brought the feasibility of environmentally friendly process technology, including plasma functional processing technology, ozone anhydrous bleaching and decolorization technology, and waterless dyeing and finishing technology, which has been studied by the Hong Kong Productivity Council, to Keqiao. Several companies are learning about these projects and are very interested in some of them, and are currently discussing the capital and manpower invested in further conversion to production.
