The company specializes in dyeing and finishing of knitted fabrics, including cotton, chemical fibers, polyester-cotton blends, Hanbu, velvet, mesh fabric, and more. It uses advanced equipment such as temperature-controlled dyeing machines from Taiwan, overflow dyeing machines from Hong Kong, computer-controlled overflow dyeing systems, German Fuji scaling machines, high-temperature setting machines, and fine drift lines. These state-of-the-art facilities ensure high-quality output and efficient production. To support the rapid development of Anyang’s knitted garment industry, it is essential to strengthen the dyeing and finishing sector. Currently, this industry is a major bottleneck, as many facilities still rely on outdated technology, leading to unstable product quality and inefficiency. In response, Ziwei Flower Knitting Co., Ltd. launched a high-end flower crape myrtle knit fabric energy-saving and eco-friendly dyeing and finishing project. The project involved an investment of 7.222 million yuan in the first phase and 17 million yuan in the second, totaling 24.222 million yuan. By introducing advanced international equipment like pre-processors, low-ratio bath dyeing machines, and high-end finishing machines, the company significantly reduced energy and water consumption, minimized wastewater discharge, and improved environmental efficiency. Love Boer: Building a Strong Domestic Market Tangyin County Aiboer Garment Co., Ltd., formerly known as Anyang Love Boer Garment Factory, was founded in 1990. In 2003, the company relocated to Hanzhuang Textile Industrial Park in Tangyin County. With total assets of 45 million yuan and a factory area of 15,874 square meters, the company employs over 500 staff members and specializes in producing various types of infant undergarments, adult suits, shirts, T-shirts, and foreign trade knitted garments. As an export-oriented company, Aiboer also focuses on domestic sales. It owns two infant series brands—Hesini and Qi Dongying—and has set up sales and service departments in over 40 major cities, including Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Changsha, Kunming, and Jinan. Its products are exported to countries such as the United States, the UK, Panama, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. In 2006, the company achieved sales of 15 million yuan domestically and 6.5 million yuan abroad, generating total revenue of 110 million yuan and profits and taxes of 21 million yuan. As global demand for its products continues to grow, the company has developed a series of "Fitness, Body, Comfort, and Nature" clothing lines, laying a solid foundation for expanding sales and entering international markets. At the same time, the brand’s market share in China has increased, helping Hesini and Qi Dongying gain recognition worldwide.
