The procedures for air cargo consignment export goods are as follows:

1. Check in. All foreign trade companies and industrial and trading enterprises are ready for consignment after they have received the goods and have received the verified (or modified) letter of credit, that is, according to the relevant terms of the letter of credit and the relevant shipping terms, as well as the name and number of the goods. , the date of shipment, the destination, etc. fill out the "consignment note" and provide relevant documents, and send it to the foreign shipping company as the basis for booking flights.

2. Arrange the cargo hold. After receiving the consignment note and relevant documents, the foreign shipping company will cooperate with the Chinese civil aviation to arrange the space according to the loading principle, the nature of the cargo, the quantity of the cargo, the destination, etc., and then issue the air waybill by the Chinese civil aviation.

3. Loading and installation. According to the flight, the foreign transport company will take the goods to the warehouse on behalf of the foreign trade companies or industrial and trade enterprises, and send the goods to the designated place for transportation with the loading documents.

4. Issue the waybill. After the cargo is installed, the air waybill is issued by the Chinese civil aviation, and the foreign transport company issues the air waybill. The air waybill has three original copies and twelve copies. The original three copies are handed over to the consignor, the second is retained by the foreign company, and the third is handed over to the consignee. Twelve copies are used for customs declaration, financial settlement, foreign agency, transfer distribution, etc.

5. Issue a shipping notice. After the goods are installed, the buyer can be notified of the shipment so that the other party can prepare for payment, redemption, and receipt.
