WHAT ' S WATER SOLUBLE THREAD
Water soluble thread is a staple spun poly vinyl alcohol (PVA) thread that has been
specifically developed to replace conventional basting or tacking threads in apparel
manufacturing. It will dissolves when immersed or sprayed with warm water.
The advantage Is no need to unpick temporary stitching and also helps to prevent
damages that may occur to fabrics or seams while unpicking.

1. Use only with fabrics that will not be influenced by water or steam.
2. Sew a test on a scrap of fabric and then dissolve in water.
3. Hands should be dry when using. After using. keep the remaining thread in an airtight bag with a desiccant in it.
4. The soluble rate of PVA thread depends on the temperature applied in the washing conditions. The recommended temperature is 35ºC and above.
5. May require a reduction in needle tension.

   2.40 Degree Water Soluble Yarn(20S-80S)
   1) used for pre-treatment of towel
